So, I am eating this casino 1 star because there are consistent unethical practices there, which is not in the best interest of the players. Unfortunately, they have their instructions and must follow them. The managers on-site are very kind, professional and helpful. The behind-the-scenes management team seems to be the root cause of the casinos customer base shrinkage. The only thing good, was the employees personality and their excellent rapport that they seem to establish by being friendly, motivating and caring. I visit the casino as a Local Guide monitoring the atmosphere, customer satisfaction, customer service and the overall performance of the casino. Horrible place, and the slots are tight and stingy. They really act as if they really hate their job. They are very disengaged with the customers.

After verifying with other patrons of the buffet of what we witnessed we no longer had the urge to eat our dinner. We haven't even taken a bite of the food yet. We made our plates and filled our cups to sit and fuel for more gambling later, only for a rat to run across the buffet floor across us and went up the middle pole of another table only to not be seen again. we decided to eat at the buffet located on the second floor. Was unfamiliar with the promotions and the cashier was very short in her exchange about how, to enter and when the different drawings will be.
